About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals cope with trauma, depression, anxiety.
My primary focus is to provide guidance in turning an individual's inner critic into their inner advocate. I help with exploring goals including improving one's self-esteem, managing one's mood, addressing trauma, examining past and current relationships and coping with life transitions.
With 15 years in the field, my goal is to establish a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic experience with my client. Together we will explore strategies to promote wellness and develop resilience and strength. My approach is collaborative, client-centered and respectful.
