"Not all who wander are lost" – J.R.R. Tolkien. I love this quote because we so often feel lost in our lives. However, by looking for a provider right now you are not lost. In fact, you are likely wandering around trying to find a way to change or improve something in your life. Perhaps there are daunting exterior challenges; perhaps you find yourself getting in the way of your own goals. Regardless of why you are wandering, I'm glad you are investing the time and effort into yourself to seek help. Change is possible, especially with support. A final Tolkien quote: "Oft hope is born when all is forlorn". I hope you seize hope today!

In all of my work I take a person-centered and solution-focused approach. Person-centered means that I see you as the expert on you, whether we have just met or have been working together for several sessions. This also means that you have a lot of direct input into how your treatment is planned and conducted. Solution-focused means that we are always moving toward meaningful change, and always thinking of how you can challenge yourself to grow between sessions. It also means that I see it as my job to help you discover the best solutions for you, rather than give a cookie cutter approach that does not account for your unique situation and qualities.

I specialize in providing services to clients experiencing OCD, phobias, sleep disorders, anxiety, and depression. I also provide sport psychology services to elite athletes from high school to collegiate and professional levels.
