About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides mental health support especially with the LGBTQ+ community.
I am well trained and experienced in helping clients and family members explore trauma, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. Together, we will talk through things that help many people in similar situations and adapt these options so that they fit your unique needs. I also have resources and techniques to help you process traumatic or difficult experiences. For many people, this means they can leave behind the weight of what they experienced and transform their suffering into confidence and strength.
The people I work best with appreciate my love of neuroscience and how brains work, and my sense of humor and lightheartedness. I’m also grateful for my superpower of helping clients make sense of their current experiences. Often, we feel like something is wrong with us but when we explore our experiences, personality, and needs, what we are experiencing now begins to make more sense. Once it makes more sense to us, it’s easy to communicate these things to our loved ones. I hope you’ll reach out today to start making these changes for yourself. I’m currently available to meet with clients via telehealth on Sunday afternoons and am happy to provide a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you might have about my services.
