About me

I'm a Mental Health Therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a particular passion for helping young adults.

Are you someone who can’t seem to express their feelings? Do you keep putting your head down, delving into hard work, only to look up and feel an isolating sadness? And even though you know (in theory) that it’s okay not to be okay, and that it’s okay to ask for help, you just can’t seem to do it for yourself? I get it, because I also was taught that it was my responsibility, and mine alone, to make myself feel better. But the hard truth is that while it takes strength to push through on your own, it takes a special kind of strength to accept help when we need it.

I specialize in working with people who struggle with expressing their sadness, anxiety, trauma, and emotions to others. I utilize an evidence-based style of therapy that incorporates coping skills while also prioritizing emotional expression. This style has allowed me to help clients break down their walls with not only others, but with themselves.

Sometimes, the most important step is the next one. And if you've read my profile up until this point, then I bet you're tired of feeling tired; I bet you’re tired of doing this all alone. It's time to listen to that part of you that wants to feel better. If you're ready for something new, please reach out to schedule an intake.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am currently accepting new clients and have openings Monday-Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening time slots. My practice also offers free, 15-minute consultations to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.
