I am a seasoned therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals address and resolve situations, thoughts and/or emotions that interfere with obtaining a life that the individual desires.

I am licensed in both MO and KS which allows me to offer telehealth sessions to individuals in both states and in-person sessions for those in the KC Metro. For years, I have been working with individuals to help create long-term change, healing and transformation, instead of temporary band-aids. We do this by building a relationship that provides safety and acceptance, and ultimately promotes change.

I personalize each session according to each client's individual needs. This includes traditional "talk therapy", as well as EMDR and EFT/Tapping to help work through issues of Addiction, Self Esteem, Trauma, Grief, Mood Regulation and Relationships, as well as most other concerns though trauma and PTSD are my strongest specialty. I am certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

I am incredibly passionate about stepping into lives of those who are looking to discover their worth. I often find that people don't know their value or voice, so I've made it my life's purpose to help them find their true identity in the midst of life's journey by addressing the issues that interfere with that process.
