I am a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with over 18 years of working with families and children. I am a certified in EMDR for Adults and Children. I am dedicated to trauma healing and recovery in children, the parent child relationship and adults.

I use a strength-based trauma-informed approach and am passionate about early childhood mental health, the parent/child relationship, attachment & trauma healing, and recovery. I know the importance or providing a safe non-judgmental environment. I consider the therapy room to be a sacred space. I use a variety of methods that will meet the individual needs of the children, families, or adult seeking help. I offers: EMDR for adults and children, Parent-Child relationship therapy, Child/Parent Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Mindfulness.
