About me
Hey there, I'm Holly! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping others find wholeness in their lives and relationships -- to find peace where there is conflict, joy where there is emptiness, freedom where there is fear. I work with adults, kids, and families too.
Whatever it is that brings you here today, I'm thankful you're reaching out! Whether you're struggling with depression or anxiety, trauma or loss, family or relationship issues -- whether your struggles seem big or small -- I hope to make therapy a safe place where you can be real, and grow, and find healing. I see therapy as a collaboration — working together toward the goals that matter to you. I integrate evidence-based, practical strategies while also creating space to process, explore, and dig deeper.
I specialize in attachment, which means, I look at things from the lens of relationships. I use a range of interventions (depending on what fits you), including attachment-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art/play activities, etc. I help people better understand themselves and others, and experience life in an authentic and fulfilling way.
I'm a former education, a transracial adoptee and foster parent. I'm especially passionate about helping families heal from relational trauma, adoption and foster care, cultural identity development, and trauma experienced within a church context.
It would be my honor to know you better, and to partner with you in your journey toward healing and wholeness. It can be messy, but it's always worth it.
