About me
Life is hard and you are not alone. I am here to be a guide to help you find the tools you need that are unquie to you.
I have experience working in different settings, including school, clinic, inpatient and juvenile detention center. I have worked with kids as young as 4 and adults in retirement age. I have helped with issues from depression, anxiety, anger management, and other mental health disorders. I connect with the needs of my clients and adjust to making their treatment to make it unique to them. Additionally, I have worked with couples and families to work through dynamics in the household and thier reIationships. I do have experience working with trouble youth and adults, that have criminal backgrounds.
I offer a unique setting that is based on the needs of the client. I remind clients that they are the expert on themselves and I am a guide. I incoporate the strenghts, abilities and likes of the client to form thier personal treatment. I use MCBT, CBT, DBT, Sand Therapy, and Adlieran Play Therapy.
I know how difficult life can be. I also know what it is like to feel alone. In my office, I hope to create a space for you to feel heard, validated and understood. Also, during our time together, I have confidence to help you grow to deal with challenges and know that you matter in this world. I am a phone call away.
