If you feel that you've lost your way in life, I can help you re-establish a sense of meaning and purpose. I assist people in releasing long-held and painful patterns, and will support you in making choices that are fully resonant with who you are in the present moment.
The tools I use include art and expressive therapies, mindfulness with hypnotic suggestion, body-centered work, Focusing, Reality Therapy, and Psychosynthesis. Buddhist thought is the basis of my practice. Creativity, body image, and relationship concerns are of special interest.
