I am a marital and family therapist. My primary training is identifying and restructuring unhelpful behavior patterns. The theory of change is on the strength-based and client-centered approach. I drawl from maximizing the therapeutic alliance and realistically addressing the nature and severity of the problem.
I enjoy building the therapeutic relationship. I am not an expert in my clients’ lives. I want to help facilitate change they want and collaborate on how. I pull from 13 different models of therapy, so if one doesn’t help let’s look at another. No one model fits all.
