About me
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist dedicated to treating Anxiety in its many forms and presentations, and proficient in applying DBT, CBT & ACT modalities.
In almost two decades practicing as a Clinical Psychologist, and before going into private practice, I served as the Assistant Clinical Director for a Community Mental Health agency, where I treated children, adults, and families, supervised psychologists in training, and consulted to school psychologists and guidance counselors in various school systems.
I worked for a College Counseling Center for over a decade, and completed a prestigious Fellowship at Harvard Medical School's McLean Hospital 3EAST Residential Program, a DBT program for adolescents and young adults.
I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP),and as an affiliated psychologist with the Two Brattle Center, I lead DBT Skills Group, and provide assessments and individual treatment.
I received my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from William James College (formerly MSPP) in 2005, after completing an internship at the Victims of Violence Program at Cambridge Hospital. I am relational, flexible, and compassionate.
We will work as a team to achieve your goals and take into consideration other people in your life. I have had experience in utilizing different treatment modalities for many presentations and symptoms, so I can offer a well-rounded and thoughtful assessment and therapy, regardless of age and presentation.
