Heidi Stark started her career in computers, working 19 years maintaining information systems for Portland Metro. She is organized, thorough, and oversees the administration and operations of Uzima Health Services.
She is an advocate for women, with a Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy; having worked as a Domestic Violence Counselor and Mental Health Therapist in rural Oregon and Idaho before joining the leadership of Uzima.
Heidi is our expert in trauma-informed care and is currently certified to provide EMDR therapy. She is eager to share her expertise building programs and extend our services to struggling families.
