Heather Vargo LCSW has 30 yrs experience providing out-patient psychotherapy services. Heather opened her own private practice, Life Guidance Associates in 2003. She specializes in Adults with Anxiety, Depression, ADD, Childhood Trauma (CPTSD) Codependency, Narcissistic Abuse and more.
Heather L. Vargo LCSW started her career as a play therapist in 2004, working with families & children who’d suffered trauma. Fast forward she now works solely with adults & couples to not only heal their own issues but to ultimately “break the cycle”. Heather believes that a “good fit” between client & therapist is essential to this process and handles all calls, intakes etc herself . Heather has extensive training and 30 years of experience in evidenced based methods to facilitate her patients in not only symptom reduction but
at getting to the root of their issues and ultimately heal.
