About me
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and parents to help families grow and heal through a variety of stressful life events, including but not limited to: physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, oppositional behaviors, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress.
When trauma impacts one member of a family, the ripple effects impact everyone. I believe that the best way to help children and adolescents heal is to work together with parents and caregivers to provide tools and resources for strengthening connection and encouraging positive coping.
Breaking the cycle of intergenerational abuse and trauma is one of the most empowering and challenging tasks a person can take on. I would be honored to help in that process. I am trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, CFTSI, and am IFS Informed.
