About me
Currently accepting new clients! I'm a client-centered therapist who meets individuals where they are at and without judgment. I specialize in working with families navigating parenting special needs, neurodiverse, and gender non-conforming children along with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and substance use.
I believe everyone has the potential to thrive regardless of age, gender, race, ability, diagnosis, or experience, but often life’s challenges deplete the very internal resources we need to flourish. Sometimes we need the support of a trained professional to help navigate the difficult emotions we are left with, especially when they interfere with our daily life or just won't go away. I provide a compassionate and professional environment where clients can safely explore what is holding them back so they can heal and move forward.
I help teens and adults with mental health, life transitions, gender identity, addiction, and more. If you would like to take the next step towards building a more resilient you, I'm currently accepting new teletherapy and in-person clients ages 15-115.
