As a psychologist board certified in Couple and Family Psychology as well as an independently licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have extensive background and training in working with families and couples. I'm certified in Hope-Focused Couples' Therapy and PREPARE/ENRICH forms of couples therapy, but also have training in some other types of therapy. I am an Army veteran (former mental health specialist) who works with military and veteran families, including working with a family during a military deployment depending on the circumstances. I have a certification in Cogntiive Processing Therapy for PTSD, which is also relevant to sexual and other forms of trauma, and I have used it to treat these forms as well. I also work well with people whose faith is foundational and want a therapist that sees their faith as an important asset to respect. I work from home currently doing telehealth so I work on evenings and weekends to suit your schedule.
