About me
Providing video/telehealth therapy sessions to Nebraska residents dealing with stress, grief, life transitions, perfectionism, and trauma.
If you are feeling the effects of loss, anxiety, illness, or relationship issues know that you are not alone. There is help and hope. Whether adjusting to life transitions, navigating grief and loss, addressing trauma (old or new), or looking for better ways to handle stress, anxiety, perfectionism or depression--seeking out a therapist is a brave first step.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients in a number of settings including hospice, community mental health, medical clinics, private practice, and universities. This has allowed me to gain experience in both a solution focused (let's get these symptoms managed!) and a deeper (where did these symptoms come from and how can we create lasting change?) way.
My approach is transparent and genuine with a good dose of (appropriate) humor. Please feel free to explore my website, call, or email me to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
