My collaborative empathic emotionally focused approach to psychotherapy supports clients to determine and actualize their most desired joy-filled purposeful lives. I specialize in couples and relationship therapy, as well as trauma and adult and women's general mental health. My approach to working with individuals and couples is informed by integrating a relational approach to psychotherapy; I am a trained EFT, IFS, and IPT psychotherapist. Offering both in-person sessions in New York City and remote telehealth sessions, I encourage clients to determine their preferred service plan, according to their individualized treatment needs.
