Heather Fedora, M.S., MFT-Intern

I am a trauma-focused MFT-Intern working my way towards licensure. I am very passionate about helping my clients navigate their way through the traumas they have endured throughout their lifetime while providing a safe environment. I am currently trained in Level 1 Parts & Memory Therapy, working my way through the certification process. Other areas of interest include but are not limited to: attachment issues, communication, sex therapy, intimacy, infidelity, polyamory, non-traditional relationships, co-parenting, couples, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I am a firm believer that everyone is capable of change. There are times in our lives when we take inventory of the choices we’ve made and decide it's time. Seeking guidance, especially from a stranger can be a daunting process, but it doesn’t have to be. Change can be scary as many of us fear the unknown; if you allow me to come alongside you on your journey I will strive to alleviate those fears and uncertainty as we travel through the process of change. Though we may start off as strangers my attentiveness and ability to empathize with your needs will leave you feeling validated, paving the way to be someone you can connect with.
