I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping those with complex trauma, abuse, religious trauma, recovery from narcissistic relationships, survivors of intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, pregnancy and infant loss and post partum mood and anxiety disorders.

My expertise includes complex trauma, abuse, religious trauma, recovery from narcissistic relationships, recovery from intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, grief counseling, personality disorders, LGBTQ+ complexities, relationship issues, coping with life transitions, pregnancy and infant loss, and post partum mood and anxiety disorders.

I am trained in TF-CBT, EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and some play therapy techniques.

I believe in the importance of a holistic approach to wellness and I like to incorporate mindfulness and somatic activities in my practice.
