About me
I am a therapist dedicated to creating a curious and safe space for my clients of all backgrounds to explore their feelings, grieve their losses, and pursue healing and growth.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore the problems that bring them to counseling, to understand how they are related to client’s past story, and to collaborate on the path toward hope, healing, and restoration. I work from the belief that we were created to be whole in relationship with ourselves, our God, and our neighbors. I will work together with my clients to explore and grieve how this wholeness has been broken across the various dimensions of their lives. I seek to partner with my clients on their journey toward healing. I pursue an integrative counseling approach informed by interpersonal process, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems.
