I bring a wealth of personal experience with me to apply, understand, empathize and work with you wherever you're at on the healing path. I work with couples, all mental health issues and substance abuse addictions.

I have personally experienced addiction, single parenting, divorce multiple times and successful marriage (25 years as of this writing), blended families, business failure and success, and worked in a broad spectrum of careers/jobs. These experiences and so many more have provided learning lessons beyond the books to help me effectively help you navigate some of the painful situations and circumstances of life. I believe you are the expert on being you so I look for ways to help you recognize your strengths, find new direction, manage chaos where you're at and essentially become that person that you can trust and rely on to non-judgmentally walk with you to a new and better tomorrow.
I trained at the largest Christian University in the country and learned first the license track or psychological theory and application you learn at all the other schools. Then the school asked us to examine the theory for the Biblical truth in each one to be far more effective in applying the best parts of most every theory out there in the counseling relationship. I don't push my faith. I respect your beliefs, spiritual perspective or desire not to think that way at all. My faith, instead, gives me a depth that is no always available in mainstream psychotherapy.
