Hello, I am Harmony Rich. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner, offering medication management for ages 12+.

I am passionate about helping every client work towards their goals.
My practice is patient-focused which means I empower my patients to reach their goals. I take the time to get to know each client and their unique needs. I will work with you to build a collaborative plan of care. I focus treatment on current evidence-based treatment approaches. I also combine medication management with therapy to work towards our goals. I believe that mental health is not a one fits all approach and we will work together to find the best solution that works for you.

Intake forms are on my website, and will also be emailed after booking, and need to be completed 48hrs before your appointment.

In my free time, I am an artist who specializes in multimedia, printmaking, painting, and drawing. I also do costume and make-up design as a hobby.

I am also very passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and have experience working with Transgender clients.
