About me
I am a pre-licensed professional who enjoys helping children process trauma, overcome emotion dysregulation issues, and feel confident in their own skin.
My ideal populations include individuals ages 3-60 years with major or minor mental health needs. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing emotion dysregulation, trauma implications, and/or LGBTQIA+ issues. I enjoy using a family-oriented approach as needed to improve overall functioning regardless of what issues you are looking to overcome. I find that my use of activities, homework, and humor in sessions leads to genuine therapist/client relationships. I believe that therapy can be just as fun as it is helpful regardless of age!
I can provide assistance to a variety of clients with a variety of issues. From major mental health concerns to minor ones, I can utilize any number of therapeutic techniques to help you get the results you're looking for. Specializing in play therapy techniques, there is never a dull moment in the therapy room - for kids or for adults!
Creating a safe, judgement-free environment is what I desire most. I want my authenticity to shine through when you meet me, and I want to form a genuine connection with you. If you're looking for a sounding board, a listening ear, an advocate, or someone to bounce ideas off of - I'm your therapist!
