Hannah Sadock, LMFT

Welcome my warriors. I am Hannah, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennslyvania located in the Philadelphia area. My experience working with families, couples, and individuals began in 2017 when I interned as a graduate student at the Council for Relationships. Once I received my Master's of Family Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in 2019, I began my clinical experience as a community and home-based crisis therapist for children (ages 5-17) and their families threatening to kill themselves or others and engaging in self-harming behaviors. I am highly educated and experienced in suicide and self-harm caused by trauma-based environments and diagnoses. I have worked with personality, anxiety, spectrum, mood, and behavioral diagnoses. Now in my own private practice, I specialize in men/masculinity, sex therapy, post pardon, grief, relational stress, communication, anger/conflict, and more!

I love the family system! I find it extremely fascinating and full of knowledge on our continuous patterns of behavior keeping a stuck cycle! I work to incorporate generational patterns in every system of your life to build awareness of how you learned to interact and relate with the world. I work on an experiential level, staying in the moment of the emotions, listening, and experiencing your spoken truths. I attempt to feel your experience, enhancing compassion towards yourself and eventually others. Reframing your experience through my heard experience creates a new potential story or outcome. I model authenticity by sharing my truths and emphasizing the significance of our trusting relationship so my clients can be successful in their outside relationships and the relationship with themselves.
