Hello there, I have been counseling for 10+ years ("But you look so young!" Ya, I know!). I love to provide a safe space where people feel accepted and feel heard and seen. My desire is that I may support you in your healing and growth with understanding as well as practical tools to get you where you want to be. Life is hard for everyone! And counseling is something that can be helpful for anyone. You don't have to have all the answers or do it alone. You don't even have to completely know why you're coming - just that you know you don't want the status quo. I hope to be able to walk with you through the process so you can continue to grow into who you were made to be! It takes courage but it's worth it! Are you willing to take the next step?

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Trinity International University and my Masters in Counseling from Denver Seminary. I worked in community mental health with kids and adolescents in Illinois for 3 years. I also worked at a group practice in the Denver area called Southwest Counseling Associates for 6 years. I work with kids, adolescents, and adults ages 10+. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, communication and relationship issues, grief and loss, spiritual life, third culture kids, cross-cultural workers, and other life transitions. I use different modalities including CBT and EMDR. I love to use art as well as a tool to help process and express emotions.

I love to travel and experience other cultures. I lived in Brazil with my parents during High School and speak Portuguese fluently. I have also spent some time in Japan and the Middle East. I love living in Colorado. I like getting into the mountains and hiking, skiing, or just enjoying the beauty!
