I'm a trauma-focused licensed marriage and family therapist who is dedicated to empowering clients to find a sense of understanding and wholeness.
Hannah began her clinical experience as a graduate student working with LGBTQIA+ identifying men diagnosed with HIV/AIDS experiencing issues such as homelessness and addiction. For the next 2 years, she developed a specialty in eating disorder treatment working in all levels of care, including inpatient and residential. Hannah utilizes a depth approach rooted in Internal Family Systems supported with mindfulness, self-compassion and accountability. In addition to depth work, she is trauma-informed and trained in evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT to promote skill based interventions for long-term recovery.
Hannah is an avid documentary watcher and podcast listener of all things true crime, history and psychology. She's a huge fan of Brene Brown and owns all her books. She's guilty of frequently making references to and/or quoting Star Wars, Game of Thrones, The Office and Marvel. She enjoys puzzles, art, plants and brunch. She's also a mom to 3 cats, Honey, Thor and Loki.
