About me
We, as humans, are designed to move toward healing. Our cuts and scrapes scab over, becoming whole again. The healing process is hindered if something continues to cut and scrape the same spot, not allowing the scab to form. This is where symptoms like depression and anxiety develop, when healing has not been allowed to happen.
My therapeutic style aims to honor the complexity that is the human experience, always remaining curious. The goal is not to stigmatize, label, or judge. It is to have a partner in hardship, someone who respects, validates, and supports you in all that this world throws us into. You are not alone and you are not broken.
