Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I truly believe in trusting the timing and process of your own healing, and I'm ready to dive in with you right where you are at.
You are valued in this counseling space, and your voice and collaboration are necessary in order to meet the goals that you have to continue healing and growing. My therapeutic approach centers relational growth in your healing process, beginning with your relationship to yourself. I conduct this approach with a trauma-informed lens and utilize a myriad of techniques to aid in that process, including teaching Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, somatic therapy interventions, and inner child work via Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems. I am especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, those deconstructing religion, and women of all ages. Due to my relational orientation, I deeply value growing a relationship with the greater community around us. This involves amplifying and advocating for the voices of all those who have been marginalized by our society. The door is open for these conversations if you wish to engage in that process too. I’m looking forward to working with you and helping you establish healthy patterns now that will translate to your relationships outside of the therapeutic setting.
