About me
Hello! I am a lighthearted, neurodiversity affirming, relationship-centered, licensed clinical social worker. I love helping my clients find ways to achieve emotional wellness, that is empowering and sustainable. I am believer in evidenced-based intervention but value the necessity of therapy being customized to the client.

I am believer in evidenced-based intervention but value the necessity of therapy being customized to the client. I specialize in neurodevelopmental diagnoses (ADHD, Autism), anxiety disorders and the various trials and tribulations of parenting. I worked previously as a school social worker, and can support 504 and IEP consultations.
I take a direct and relational approach with my clients. I believe client's are in the driver's seat of their life and I am honored to accompany them on their therapy journey. I tend to focus my work on the relationships we hold in our lives. I view relationships as pivotal to our life experiences and how we view the world. Throughout our life span the connections we hold shape our beliefs, attitudes and even the “path” we take in life. Therefore, I as well deeply value the client – therapist relationship I build with my clients, parents and caregivers during their therapy journey with me.
