Hi! I am glad you are here today, my name is Grace, what can I help you with? I am passionate about utilizing creative expression (drawing, painting, clay) along with traditional talk therapy with my clients, for a variety of concerns.
Therapy is a safe space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, learn more about yourself, and find the support and solutions you are seeking. Together we will embark on a journey utilizing the creative side of your brain to express difficult emotions so you can move towards finding a place of healing and restoration. I welcome the chance to create with you, No previous art experience or training is needed! I can provide 30, 45, 60, or 90 minute sessions weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Working from a client centered approach, I specialize in expressive art therapy approaches and interventions, including zen doodles, mandalas, journaling, sand tray, drawing, painting, clay (and more) alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Practices (DBT) and offer supervision for new MSWs.
