About me
If you are experiencing different struggles such as relational issues, grief, addiction, anxiety, or depression, counseling may be your way to learn to handle these issues. I believe that everyone deserves to learn about the available toolbox that will allow them to better handle the curve balls that life throws at them. As an experienced licensed professional counselor, I am here to help people reach a better mental health state so they can live a more peaceful and rich life.
Many of us today experience anxiety, sadness or anger, which impact our relationships and social interactions, which may impact you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Working with me will help you to learn how to balance life. You will work on finding healthy coping skills while processing your issues. In our sessions, we will work together to better understand your habits, while being able to make healthier choices for you and your loved ones. We will strive to help you feel seeing and comfortable to share your story and to raise awareness about yourself. It will help you move away from feeling stuck and will provide you a better lifestyle, so you gain more control over your life in a kind and respectful way. Every person deserves to have the opportunity to improve his or her life and find tools that can improve quality of life. You can check my website to learn more about me and to schedule a free 15 minutes video consultation.
