I am a permitted marriage and family therapist working under supervision with clients who identify with the neurodivergent, poly, kink, bdsm, and/or LGBT+ communities.

Life isn't easy. Everyone needs someone to talk to at some point in their lives, whether it be a friend, family member, or therapist. Whether it be exploring sexuality, any possible relationship challenges, or just dealing with self-esteem difficulties, I'm here to offer the support you need. I am a little quirky, a little out of the box, and unconventional. I am a nerd at heart, and would love to relate therapy to my client's favorite video games, movies, anime, or comics. There's value in learning from our favorite media. I am here as a resource for my clients.
I am Polyamory, Kink, BDSM and Queer friendly. I am secular and won't be pushing religion, though I respect all religions. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, and embrace the idea that we all don't think or experience things in the same way. Whatever works for us, works for us, it doesn't need to be a conventional strategy.
I am here to help you, whatever that entails. I would love to work with those willing to dive deep and explore more they didn't know about themselves. Or even just those who need an empathetic ear, that listens with unconditional positive regard. Using IFS, narrative therapy, and transgenerational theories, we can start processing what you need to process.
