I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, individuals and couples who are struggling with life transitions, trauma, and varying mental and emotional challenges.

My approach is using the mind-body connection to address symptoms. I believe in treating each of my clients as a whole person. The mind and body are not separate entities but are intricately interconnected. I believe effective treatment must reflect this delicate relationship between mind and body. I am a Temple University graduate possessing a Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical specialty in Health and Mental Health. I have a strong background working with people from varying populations and backgrounds. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, individuals and couples who are struggling with life transitions, trauma, and varying mental and emotional challenges. I have been blessed in my years of practice with the skills and talent to effectively helping people overcome some of life’s greatest challenges and achieve success, peace, and rest. I am a therapist who actually use and apply the skills and techniques I teach to my clients in my own life. When my clients walk into my office they find one human being who truly cares about other human beings who put forth the effort to help them make progress and improve their lives. I enjoy walking my clients through their searching for answers to life's deepest questions about the world and their place and purpose in it. I always find it fulfilling when people discover meaning and purpose to life and are able to live it to the fullest
