Gary Kovachi is a CT licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years experience working with children and adults to address trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, anger management, and relationship issues, among other problems.

Gary Kovachi, LMFT offers family, couples and individual therapy. Individual therapy provides a safe space to express thoughts and feelings or talk about things the client may not always want or feel comfortable sharing with a family member or a friend. However, if or when they are ready to include significant others in these discussions, as an LMFT, Gary is additionally trained to work with family systems.

He takes a non-denominational, Soul-based approach, informed by his studies with Thomas Moore, psychotherapist and author of Care of the Soul and Soul Therapy. Therapy that considers Soul can offer a different perspective on day to day concerns, explore your unique strengths and challenges from broader and deeper perspectives, and can be facilitated individually or in sessions with significant others.
