About me
I am a strengths based Therapist providing a compassionate and non-judgemental culture of care for the treatment of anxiety and depression commonly associated with work stress, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, ADHD, caregiver stress, mood disorders, and illness. I have worked with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan through private practice, the non-profit sectors, workforce development, and on school and college campuses.
My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to feel heard without the fear of being judged. With a warm and empathic demeanor, I provide a compassionate, strengths-based culture of care in which to explore life’s challenges and build the tools to achieve the quality of life that you desire. Infusing the principles of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and other evidence based practices into our work together, I empower others to heal, take charge of their lives, create moments of peacefulness and joy, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
