Gabrielle Galvan, LPC
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

Do you want to increase your resilience? Are you tired of anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use, or the inability to cope with life transitions (new/loss of job, new baby, divorce, co-parenting etc.) get in the way of experiencing a life worth living? You may feel stuck in cycle with no way out. Our brain is pattern seeking and as we have all experienced patterns/habits are hard to break. When we live in a constant state such as anxiety for example, we train ourselves to live in a constant cycle of worry. Let me help you identify, process, and learn specific skills to create healthier patters/habits.
I enjoy working with pre/teens, adults, couples, and families. I utilize DBT which helps improve areas such as mindfulness(living in the moment effectively), interpersonal relationships (manage conflict & improve relationships), emotion regulation (improve your ability to manage emotions), and distress tolerance (tolerate and survive crisis situations).
Life can be hard and sharing your experiences with a stranger can be difficult. I'm open minded and enjoy creating a comfortable environment. I would love to work towards gaining your trust and helping you strive for a life worth living. As a reminder I offer telehealth only.
