Purpose of this psychotherapy is to provide education, therapy/counseling services to adults age 18 and older who are experiencing mental health and or co-occurring concerns.
Purpose of this psychotherapy is to provide education, therapy/counseling services to adults age 18 and older who are experiencing mental health and or co-occurring concerns. Faith and Grace Psychotherapy will provide therapy or counseling to individuals with psychological, social, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. Our main goal is to bring Physical, Mental and Spiritual healing to the Body, Soul and Mind of our clients/patients. Faith and Grace Psychotherapy will serve the population with the following Mental Health Disorders/issues:
Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorder, Phobia/Agoraphobia, Sleep Disorder, Military/Disabled Veterans, PTSD, Physical/Emotional Abuse and Domestic violence, Grief and loss, Trauma, Immigration Advocate, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Spiritual Issues, Anger Management, Parenting. Some of the therapy models used in Faith and Grace Psychotherapy include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy - CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy - DBT, Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Supportive Counseling, Exposure Therapy, IFS, BioPsychoSocioSpiritual Counseling - Christian Counseling, Spiritual Counseling, Healing and Deliverance.
