My name is Francis Daniels. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I am married to my husband Matt. We have a 15-year-old daughter Bailey. We are involved in our church and Walk to Emmaus ministries. My husband and I have recently been on a journey to getting healthy. I currently work with children, teens, & adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and life changes. I also specialize in helping bariatric surgery patients with pre/post opp counseling, having had bariatric surgery myself.
I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, mindfulness, and more.
