About me
Dr. Francine Odio is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience in providing evidenced based, community centered and systemically oriented counseling to underserved populations. She has worked with court involved families and youth requiring intensive emergent mental health care. Her expertise includes conducting and administrating comprehensive, multidisciplinary psychological evaluations.
Dr. Odio has held adjunct faculty status at Hillsborough Community College, Argosy University in Tampa, and the University of Hartford in Connecticut. She provides parenting skills enhancement building classes based on empirically supported research and conducts trainings in the community and to mental health service providers on a variety of topics including psychological trauma in children, abuse and neglect issues, and parenting.
Dr. Odio is bilingual/bicultural in English and Spanish.
Our practice was established with the mission of strengthening individuals of all ages and to help foster change and growth. We have over 25 years of experience working with children and families providing the highest quality of mental health care. We are Bilingual (English & Spanish) and specialize in treating: ADHD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Fears, Phobias, trauma (PTSD), Social Skills and Friendship challenges, learning differences, organization/time management issues, relationship problems, girl issues, and LGBTQ+. We also offer comprehensive mental health assessments.
