I am an experienced psychotherapist who is committed to working with helping you create a balanced life. I work with clients who are dealing with Anger, Depression and Anxiety. I also specialize in youth who are formally incarcerated.
Francine specializes in providing proven therapeutic, healing strategies and techniques to reveal and heal challenges of depression, anxiety and panic attacks caused by traumatic experiences. Many people (adults, teens and kids) endure and wrestle with daily life struggles, without having a foundation of stability to manage or balance the whirlwinds of life. As a therapist I offer different avenues and resources to help individuals achieve their personal goals … whether it’s through therapy, coaching (individual/groups) or experiential workshops.
