About me
I have been a psychotherapist for over 40 years. I work with individuals, couples and families coping with a wide range of presenting problems including, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, couples issues.
I have been trained in psychodynamic, emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches. However, my main focus with client's is always based on the relationship we build together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore problems and patterns in life that are not working. In this environment, we work together to work through problems and make lasting change.
