I am an experienced Marriage & Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives and relationships.

If you've found yourself struggling with life stressors such as fertility problems, chronic illness, marital discord, relationship infidelity, or even difficulty making major decisions, therapy is right for you. Before we begin, I need to understand who you are. Our work will be individualized and based on your goals and values. While using systemic techniques, my person (couple) centered approach will underscore the work we do together. I provide a safe space to process your areas of concern and navigate through your depression, grief, and/or adjustment difficulties.

In addition to individual, couples, and family counseling, I also specialize in reproductive health counseling. Every journey is different, however, the feelings that often accompany infertility and pregnancy loss include frustration, blame, feelings of inadequacy, guilt, judgment, shame, and bitterness. Your relationship with your partner suffers and you find it difficult to maintain relationships with friends who seem to be effortlessly creating families. You are stressed out, anxious, depressed, and angry. You have trouble concentrating at work. You make up excuses not to attend baby showers or hangout with friends who have children. You feel alone, broken. For those IVF Warriors, those who have experienced pregnancy loss, and those who are unsuccessfully trying to conceive, together we will process these experiences and the complex emotions that accompany them. I also provide psychological evaluations for gamete or embryo donors and recipients as well as couple consultations for third party reproduction services.
