I am an experienced therapist who is passionate about helping adult women find their voice, get unstuck, find healing from past traumatic and stressful experiences, develop healthier relationships, learn to manage anxiety/depression, and navigate life transitions.

When individuals come to Sanchez Counseling, they are usually at the end of their rope. They have tried, but without much success, to find their way through relationships ruptures, emotional roller coasters, burn-out, and feeling overwhelmed.

I help women get unstuck, find their voice, find themselves again, and develop healthy relationships with others.

I believe we are often harmed in relationship and therefore, we are also healed in relationship. I aim to provide a safe place where your mess is welcomed and can be cared for. My approach to therapy is based on attachment theory and being trauma informed. I utilize EFIT, narrative therapy, and IFS modalities.
