About me
For nearly 3 decades I have worked with people, such as yourself, experiencing transitions. These changes can encompass grief, work layoffs, entering retirement, divorce, old history, and new trauma to name a few. People who face these challenges by choosing to actively grow and push past the anxiety that comes hand-in-hand with life changes.
If you have had a stressful event occur and are having difficulty dealing with the emotional turmoil, please call (847-995-8803). I can help. If you are feeling stuck and need guidance getting back on track - I CAN help.
Life transitions, even the positive ones, often cause stress, confusion, and a feeling of vulnerability. You have the power to not only overcome any adversity but also transform into a more authentic and confident version of yourself.
Change, even difficult change that is neither wanted nor expected, can influence personal growth. Change allows us to see what we’re made of; to become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for what life tosses our way. With each new challenge, we develop new personal skills and obtain a greater awareness of ourselves, our families, and our communities.
