I am a psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping people develop the skills they need to grow and thrive, overcoming difficulties they have as they encounter their biggest challenges.
I approach my work from a stance of no-judgement and acceptance. I will work with you to understand your situation and your goals and then come to a mutual agreement as to how we will work together to achieve them. I have much experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, fears, women's issues and trauma. I have been trained in several types of trauma therapy, including EMDR. It is with great pleasure that I am able to see people overcoming and ready to graduate from therapy with confidence.
