I am a therapist licensed in NY and NJ who has over 20 years of experience. I specialize in infertility, anxiety, and couples.
You want to feel better, moving away from the anxiety, irritability, or feelings of tearfulness. Your days have been overwhelming, tiring, and may be filled with worry and ‘what ifs.’ Your relationship may feel unfulfilling. You may be struggling to have a child. Your anxiety is getting in the way, & the things that once helped just aren’t working anymore. I want to hear your story, support you and together, create a plan, strengthen your resilience, and develop techniques to cope & move forward. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let me help you untangle your concerns and guide you to making real change.
Bringing over 20 years experience, I work with couples & individuals, treating you with compassion and without judgment, guiding you to pave the way to a calmer, happier, and more fulfilling life. Together, we’ll work to develop tools to cope and communicate, make connections, & improve your emotional well-being. True change is absolutely possible.
I have extensive, formal infertility training & am an active ASRM member. I provide counseling while on the exhausting road to building your family. Whether starting treatment, having experienced failed cycles, or weighing donor/surrogacy options, allow me to be your support/resource to combat the isolation, emotional & physical challenges of infertility. I also offer recipient and intended parent educational consultation appointments for those using donor egg, donor sperm, donor embryo, or those using a gestational carrier.
