Eryn Healy, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I’m so glad that you’re here. Seeking therapy is a courageous step towards healing. I’m Eryn, a licensed clinical social worker helping individuals find harmony as they navigate their relationship with themselves and others.
I provide virtual therapy through a confidential and secure platform to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional wounds, relationship problems, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and more. I believe that our childhood and upbringing informs our present, so I spend time exploring childhood traumas and attachment wounds. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. While talk therapy is incredibly valuable, I also believe in the power of meditation and mindfulness which I incorporate into sessions where the individual is comfortable with it.
My goal is to provide you with a safe and collaborative space to explore your thoughts and feelings, reduce distressing symptoms, and instill more self-compassion as you work towards your own personal treatment goals. The majority of my clients are adolescents (13-18) and young adults (20s-30s) as they experience life’s transitions and explore their intra and interpersonal relationships.
I believe that therapy is a powerful and healing partnership. My favorite quote by Zora Neal Hurston says: “There are years that ask questions, and years that answer.” I’d love to partner with you and support you on your journey to finding answers.
