I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth or change, whether it's easily identifiable or not. Sometimes this change occurs in tiny steps and sometimes it occurs in leaps and bounds. Other times it is difficult to even recognize that growth or change is possible and we may feel stuck, down, scared, confused, or frustrated.
