Erika Garrett, LMFT-A
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I am a therapist who is client-centered, strengths-based, and solutions-focused. I specialize in working with people who want to learn who they are intrinsically, instead of identifying with their circumstances or the stage of life they are in. In particular, women, parents, and couples who have gone through a past trauma or experiences they feel are holding them back.
I believe when you know your strengths you can shift your perspective from inward to outward. Looking at the bigger picture can help you grow in self-compassion. Together, we will find the resources you have had within you all along and the patterns of behavior that are keeping you feeling stuck in old ways. I value relationships and believe healthy relationships allow people to thrive. This relationship can be with yourself, your spouse, your child, or any other person. My goal is for you to have a breakthrough and a shift in your perspective of yourself, in your view of relationships, and most importantly in your life.
